Offer Belzo to the people you serve

Health insurance funds, public social welfare centres (CPAS/OCMW), municipalities, unions, associations, employers: every day, your members, residents, beneficiaries or employees ask you about a bill, a dispute, a scam or an emergency. Belzo shows them the right steps, in English, French and Dutch, for free.

What Belzo offers the people you serve

  • More than 100 pages on companies and public services, with their contact details and official sources.
  • Letter templates for complaints, formal notices, contract cancellations and contacting an ombudsman.
  • Step-by-step guides: unpaid bills, legal aid and housing, cancelled flights, service vouchers, digital help…
  • Emergencies: roadside breakdown, home emergency, emergency numbers, “Is it a scam?” check.
  • No account, no ads, no cookies. Saved requests stay on the person’s own device. Available on the web; Android and iPhone apps in development.

What we offer you

  • A “Belzo for…” page in your name: your logo, a welcome message and your own services (help desks, phone numbers, offices, links). You choose the presentation; Belzo’s advice and the ranking of companies stay the same for everyone and cannot be changed.
  • Direct links to Belzo in your newsletters, on your website and at your help desks, to help reduce recurring enquiries for your teams.
  • Aggregated traffic statistics: the number of visits to your partner page and the most viewed topics across Belzo as a whole. They do not necessarily reflect the needs of the people you serve. Totals only, cookie-free and without identifying anyone.
  • A pilot project of a few months, so you can test before committing. Pricing on request, depending on the type and size of your organisation.

Our commitments

  • Belzo’s pages, advice, letters and guides remain free for everyone, partner or not. Any paid services, such as sending a registered letter, will be presented separately, with their price.
  • A partner cannot change the advice, nor the checks or the ranking of companies.
  • Belzo does not sell users’ data and does not use it for advertising. Only the technical providers needed to run the site (hosting and audience measurement: Cloudflare) process certain technical data, such as the IP address, to display pages and count visits.
  • Any content linked to a partner is clearly labelled as such.

Let’s talk
